Wickles

Wickles (short for "Wickedly delicious pickles!") are a unique blend of dill, garlic, and sweetness with just enough spice to keep you reaching for more. Wickles Pimento Cheese Recipe

2lb sharp chedder

1 lb mozzarella

1 10-oz bar cream cheese

1/3 jar Wickles Sub & Hoagie relish

Mayonnaise to soften (4-6 tbs)

Grate chedder and mozzarella in large bowl and blend with mixer on high. Add cream cheese, Wickles Sub & Hoagie, and mayo to help soften and blend. May want to add more Wickles Sub & Hoagie depending on desired heat level. After refridgeration, may need to add more mayo to soften before spreading.

Wickles Hot Pepper Spread

10-ox softened cream cheese

strawberry jam

Wickles Sub & Hoagie

Basil

Blend all ingredients in bowl using jam and relish according to your desired heat and consistency level. Use as cheese spread or form into cheese ball.
